Objective:
The objective of the workshop is to i) raising awareness of companies on the benefits of industrial symbiosis (IS), ii) establishing synergies to achieve joint training, joint services and successful exchanges of energy, water, materials and waste between companies, iii) strengthening the linkage between factories and service providers, and iv) identifying industrial symbiosis opportunities and creating industrial symbiotic matches.
Target audience:
- Polaris industrial park (IP) management
- Decision-makers, environmental and waste management managers in industrial firms in Polaris IP
- Other industrial firms neighbouring the IP, with whom IS could be created
- Waste recyclers and waste management service providers
- Relevant environmental and industrial governmental authorities
